AI proposes. FutureBank governs. The bank executes.
Agentic banking lives or dies on trust. Why the language model should never talk to the core, and what sits in between.

Agentic banking lives or dies on trust. The question isn't whether AI can understand a customer's request. It's what happens between that understanding and a banking action.
Agentic at the interface. Deterministic at the core.
FutureBank never gives a language model unrestricted access to a bank's core. AI understands the intent. The bank's own policies, permissions and limits govern the execution, and every action leaves a record.
Ten controls, one path
Every request runs through the same ten controls before anything reaches the core:
- 01Identity
- 02Agent authorization
- 03Customer consent
- 04Capability permissions
- 05Beneficiary validation
- 06Transaction limits
- 07Policy
- 08Approval & step-up
- 09Audit
- 10Execution
Some requests pass every control. Some controls don't apply: freezing a lost card is a protective action and doesn't wait for approval. And some requests stop before anything reaches the core, such as a payment to a new account above the agent-initiated limit.
The model never decides policy. Bank-defined rules are evaluated deterministically.
Try the control path simulator to watch a request get governed.
